Excellent stay at Langwood hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful, they take you for days out if you wish. Rooms beautiful and cleaned daily. Meals are all homemade and if you want anything different, it's not a problem. Entertainment in evening, singer/ comedian. Bingo and a bar. Location is around is 2 miles from Blackpool town, but tram and buses on doorstep. Plus owner are willing to take you out on their transport. An excellent hotel and can't fault, full of fun, laughter and lovely to see the whole family. Can't wait to return.
We had a great week at the Langwood being looked after by Smiley and his wife Manica plus Diddy and Patak and well looked after at that. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. We were taken on free trips to Cleveleys, Fleetwood and Blackpool. Sandwiches and snacks were available at lunchtime, neither myself or my wife had any complaints whatsoever and have rebooked for November. The only slight niggle and it was slight was the quality of the entertainment on a couple of evenings but I think that may have been me cos everyone else seemed happy enough. Smiley knows his business, knows his clients and everyone is happy. Well done the Langwood and thanks for a great week
This venue is the perfect, most hospitable one we've had in Blackpool ever! Greeted by family members, everyone cannot do enough for you and want to make sure everything you need is catered for. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. The showers are always warm too. The food is home cooked and AMAZING! Dinner bed and breakfast offer a variety of favourites. Evening entertainment, bingo and card bingo along with affordably priced drinks. This isn't the kind of place for a stag/hen party but if you're a family or a solo traveller, you'd enjoy what it has to offer. Only a 2 minute walk to the tram / beach. You'll definitely return if you come once. You'd have to book in good time though as everyone does the same! We love it here!
